However, summer is the peak travel season, so it's recommended to visit in the early morning to avoid the crowds. How to Get to Huangguoshu Waterfall


From Anshun


You can catch a bus from Anshun West or East Bus Station to Huangguoshu National Park, which takes approximately 45 minutes and costs 22 RMB. Alternatively, if you fly into Anshun Huangguoshu Airport, you can take a taxi for around 100 RMB.



From Guiyang


Guiyang is 150 kilometers away from Huangguoshu Waterfall. You can take a train from Guiyang North Railway Station to Anshun West Railway Station, which is adjacent to the bus station. From there, take a bus to the national park. Alternatively, direct buses from Guiyang Old Bus Station or Guiyang North Bus Station take about 2.5 hours and cost around 55 RMB.

Recommended Route: Start with Huangguoshu Waterfall, then visit Doupotang Waterfall, followed by the Tianxingqiao Scenic Area.


Footwear: The trails in the scenic area can be slippery, so avoid wearing high-heeled shoes or plastic sandals.


Rain Protection: Bring a raincoat, especially during the wet season. You can also purchase a raincoat on-site for 5 RMB.
